Causa is a Peruvian delicacy, which is made of potatoes and shrimp, meat, and lots of other combinations. Ceviche, which is also from Peru, can be ordered for weddings where seafood is a must. The Spanish Paella with various meats or seafood is also available.

One of the most successful hors d`oeuvres are the tapas, from our Spanish Chef. It is a very appealing and highly rich combination of Mediterranean and native ingredients. The photos above were taken at a wedding in Cabarete, by the ocean. We will soon translate the menu and post it here, since there`s a lot of Spanish terms related to the tapas gastronomy. Other more common hors d`oeuvres are also offere, the list is long and full of nice treats.

Beach Wedding Decorations in Dominican Republic

Beach wedding decorations in the Dominican Republic can be made in many sizes, materials and colors, specially the wooden thresholds and star-lined aisles. Although more complex models can be ordered, most Caribbean weddings are decorated with natural materials such as wood, bamboo, palm and tropic trees, all lined or draped with tulle or other textiles. The blog for Dominican Republic Weddings

Finally, the new blog for the wedding planner site is on, after so many friends and clients inquiries. Having a blog means posting all the news, event updates and pictures depicting the daily or weekly work done by the dedicated staff that works with us behind and on the scenes.

Two new wedding planners joined the team last month, and the reach of our operations were extended almost nationwide, to South and Eastern cities such as Punta Cana, Bavaro, Santo Domingo, Santiago, La Romana, Juan Dolio, Boca Chica and Samana.

The quality of services at those locations with match the one offered in the North coast, and a new standard will be added that will offer deluxe arrangements with a broader selection of decorative elements and styles. Fior Abreu, Judith Cuevas and Sendy Nuñez are in charge of the planning in the new locations of the Dominican Republic`s South and East coasts.

Vanessa Naut is in charge of the North coast event planning spanning the coast from Cofresi to Cabrera, under the supervision of Edward Rivas. It`s important to note that wedding styles vary with location, since most weddings in beach locations require a different approach.
